The brief
Gade Homes has a well-earned reputation as a quality house builder in the Home Counties. With a growing number of developments underway, they wanted to refresh their website to bring the design inline with their recently updated branding and property brochures. With the website beginning the journey for prospective homeowners, user experience and content were both key to communicating Gade’s detail-orientated design, bespoke solutions and sustainability ethos.
The solution
We created a website that’s sleek, refined and sophisticated – much like the brand. A secondary navigation for desktop allows easy movement between pages, whilst design for mobile optimises the experience for those house shopping on the go. Copper accents are used to guide visitors with a clear call to action. Built in Wordpress, Gade’s CMS is user-friendly – a bespoke manual clearly demonstrates how to keep plot availability up-to-date and add developments, giving them full control of their biggest marketing tool.
